ABOUT THE ROLE

Legora is scaling rapidly, and with that growth comes real demands on leadership, organizational design, performance, and culture. As a Senior People Partner, based in London, you'll act as the strategic owner of the people agenda for a function, supporting UK & Ireland teams. You'll be a true thought partner to senior leadership, shaping the organization as it scales while driving performance, accountability, and organizational health.

You'll own the people strategy for your function across UK & Ireland, reporting to the Director, Business Partnering EMEA, and working closely with our Employee Relations function on case management as it arises. You'll also partner with Legora's Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Programs, People Data & Tech) to turn global frameworks into real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Own the people strategy for your function and translate business priorities into a forward-looking people agenda

- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling decisions

- Coach leaders on performance, accountability, feedback, and change management

- Act as a strategic partner through growth, reorganizations, and organizational change

- Monitor organizational health and culture, flagging risks early

- Partner with Compensation & Benefits on levelling and compensation reviews

- Serve as the key connection point between your function and the broader People organization

WHO YOU ARE

- 7+ years as a HRBP or People Partner in a high-growth or scaling environment

- Proven track record advising senior leadership — shaping decisions, not just supporting them

- Deep experience across org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, and change at scale

- Experienced in a Center of Excellence model

- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and comfort navigating multi-jurisdictional complexity

- Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders

- Genuinely motivated by high-performance cultures — you see hiring bar, performance, and accountability as business priorities, not HR ones
