Commercial Lines Account Manager

A successful candidate will:
- Assist with the commercial lines departments
- Provide a high level of customer service while helping maintain a book of business.
- Will be responsible for servicing, (processing changes, providing proof of insurance, etc...)
- Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
- Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages.
- Review current underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases.
- Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Current P&C license
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, & computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-player attitude
- Possess a strong sales acumen
