About this role
MISSION 💪
Our mission is to ensure that no one in the world has to suffer from a treatable skin disease because of an access issue ever again.
ABOUT HONEYDEW 👋
Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science-backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail.
Our tech-forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA-approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time (24 hours vs. an industry average of 6 months).
Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll operate as a junior full-cycle recruiter — sourcing candidates, supporting screening, and learning what makes a great hire — while also owning org-wide candidate coordination: keeping interviews scheduled, pipelines clean, and communication moving across every open role at Honeydew. You'll partner closely with our Recruiters as you grow into more full-cycle ownership.
This role reports to the Head of People.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple open roles, ensuring a professional, timely candidate experience
- Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies based on current hiring needs
- Learn Honeydew's ideal candidate profiles and develop the ability to identify and flag high-potential candidates
- Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms to maintain a consistent flow of applicants
- Maintain clean, accurate candidate records in Ashby, including candidate stages, sources, and key information
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process — interview details, status updates, and next steps
- Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management: track sourcing activity, candidate flow, upcoming interviews, offers, and start dates
- Manage pre-employment processes, including initiating background checks and ensuring required documentation is completed before start date
- Partner closely with Recruiters to understand pipeline needs and adjust sourcing priorities
- Take ownership of recurring recruiting projects and processes while continuously learning our systems and hiring standards
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF…
- You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up
- You're highly organized and can juggle scheduling and priorities across many open roles at once
- You have a curious, resourceful mindset — willing to dig, experiment, and find creative ways to identify great candidates
- You're coachable and growth-oriented, and quickly apply feedback to your work
- You have a team-first attitude and jump in wherever needed
- You believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, not just the privileged few
- You find joy in doing work that matters

About this listing
Published on Ashby under the board identifier Honeydew, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
