About this role

FLAGLER HEALTH IS BUILDING THE CLINICAL OPERATING SYSTEM FOR MODERN MUSCULOSKELETAL CARE.

We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.

We’ve recently raised our Series B https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260810011327/en/Flagler-Health-Raises-%2450-Million-Series-B-to-Build-the-AI-Operating-System-for-Musculoskeletal-Care and are entering our next phase of growth.

As Account Manager, you own a portfolio of Flagler's existing customer accounts and are responsible for growing them. You build trusted relationships with clinic and provider-group stakeholders, understand their goals, and help them get more value from the platform over time. You partner with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to find where accounts can expand and to turn those opportunities into larger, longer-term partnerships. Success in the role is measured by account growth and retention. What You'll Do

- Own a portfolio of existing accounts and carry a target for growth and retention.

- Build strong relationships with the decision-makers and day-to-day users at each clinic or provider group.

- Learn each account's goals and workflows, and proactively surface ways they can get more value from the platform.

- Identify and close expansion opportunities within your accounts, from first conversation through signed agreement.

- Prepare proposals, pricing, and business cases that show the value of expanding.

- Lead regular account reviews and renewals, and keep customers engaged in between.

- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to remove blockers and deliver on what you sell.

- Track account health and forecast growth accurately in the CRM.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years in account management, sales, or a customer-facing revenue role, with a record of growing existing accounts.

- A consistent track record of hitting growth or retention targets.

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Comfort with CRM and sales tooling, pipeline management, and data-driven account planning.

- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and priorities at once without losing the details.

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthtech and enterprise experience, highly preferred.

- Experience growing existing customer accounts or expanding product adoption.

- Familiarity with revenue operations tooling and analytics.

OUR VALUES:

This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:

- Owner: We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has.

- Builder: We like making things from scratch. We don't need a playbook to start, and we'd rather ship a rough first version than wait on a perfect spec.

- Fast: We make quick decisions. We favor progress and respect process.

- Transparent: We communicate directly. We value merit and honesty, and we challenge assumptions, including our own.

- Curious: We explore new approaches and ask "why" often.
