- Improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of professional Android development experience.

- Proven track record of shipping multiple native Android applications to the Google Play Store.

- Experience building and scaling large-scale applications supporting millions of users.

- Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose, and the Android SDK.

- Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).

- Experience with modern networking stacks (GraphQL, gRPC, and REST) and building real-time features on streaming transports (WebRTC, WebSockets, LiveKit, and Agora).

- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with iOS development (Swift) and cross-platform considerations.

- Familiarity with real-time, interactive, or live-streaming products.

- Familiarity with Android-native Material Design components.

- Fluency with AI development tools like Claude, Cursor, etc.
