Whether you’re looking for a consistent part-time caseload or full-time hours, we offer multiple ways to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle and grow your career.

- Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency: requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families.

- Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

⭐ Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

Compensation is determined based on experience, licensure, market considerations, and high-demand availability (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays)

Part-Time Hourly

- Clinical Rate: $40-$58/hour. Covers both direct sessions & documentation time

Full-Time Salary (Exempt)

- Annualized compensation between $72,500-$115,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation.

⭐What you’ll do:

- Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population

- Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform

- Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement

- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes

- Complete all documentation accurately and on time

- Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication

- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

⭐ Requirements:

- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number

- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently

- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
