About this role
Our software is the distribution layer for powerful AI models that will build the world.
Our belief is that AI will power many applications in legal, healthcare, and finance. But none are more important than building AI that can build the world around us. Especially the physical infrastructure that will accelerate the development of AI.
We focus on the building materials market, which is suffering from manual quoting, order entry, and pricing. These are a double whammy. They lose revenue for missed quotes and mispriced products. And they pay tons of people to make quotes and enter orders. AI solves that, so our product is flying off the shelves. After we dominate this market, we’ll go to other industries. But we have to win this market first - if we don’t, we don’t get to the next level.
While labs build the models of the future, we build the last-mile delivery for them. We must model complex environments, deliver reliable results, and bridge the gap between models and the antiquated ecosystems in which they must operate.
Our Principles
- We are bold, especially when the world tells us what we’re doing is impossible.
- We are truth-seeking, choosing clarity over comfort.
- We will win. And we work really hard to win.
The Role | Business Operations, Product
You will be the human face of our product with the people who use it and buy it. Most weeks, you'll be on the ground with customers — walking their plants and back offices, sitting with CFOs, controllers, and materials planners, and showing them, in their own language, what AI changes about how they work.
This is not a sales job, and we are not looking for a salesperson. The best sellers aren't salespeople — they're sharp, curious people others trust. You'll win business by building real person-to-person relationships and by being the clearest thinker in the room.
What You’ll Do
- Own relationships with customers and prospects, from first conversation through deployment and expansion
- Run working sessions with finance and operations leaders; map our product to their actual processes — accounts payable, material planning, procurement, close
- Translate technical and AI concepts into business terms — margin, working capital, revenue — for non-technical audiences
- Bring what you learn in the field back to the product team and help shape the roadmap
- Travel to customer sites, primarily in the Midwest and South — up to five days a week
What We Require
- 2–5 years of experience, likely at a management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or technology consultancy (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG)
- Sharp on your feet — you hold your own in a room of skeptical operators and are comfortable with direct pushback
- AI native — fluent in current tools and concepts, and clear-eyed about what's real versus hype
- Intellectually curious about how businesses actually run, down to the process level
- A people-first communicator — you build genuine connection first; commercial outcomes follow

About this listing
Published on Ashby under the board identifier Endeavorai, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
