About this role

Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.

We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.

The Role

As a Finance Manager within our global reporting team, you will be involved in the reporting process for your region. This will include monthly and statutory reporting, working with auditors and the wider reporting team, as well as other stakeholders across the business. You will report into the Senior Finance Manager for the region. You will be based in our HQ (London, Cannon Street), and we are operating on a hybrid model where you will be in the office three times a week.

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for month-end reporting processes for the region and specific processes across all group entities

- Liaise with the local Finance & Strategy and operational teams to produce monthly variance analysis and address queries

- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, including resolution of variances and issues identified

- Prepare statutory accounts for individual entities in the region in accordance with local accounting standards

- Work with external auditors to fulfil their requests and answer their queries

- Support certain ad hoc projects for the group, which may relate to our processes and automation

Requirements:

- You will need to be ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience

- Preferably relevant industry or start up experience

- You will use big data to solve problems

- Netsuite experience is a bonus

Benefits

At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. We offer a wide range of competitive benefits in areas including health, family, finance, community, convenience, growth, time away and relocation.

Diversity

At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

About this listing

Published on Ashby under the board identifier Deliveroo, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.

Published 10 September 2026, last checked 21 days ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
