The Role The Corporate Commercial Manager role is an integral part of our B2B team in the Middle East, with the responsibility of building, retaining, and upselling a portfolio of corporate clients that will drive incremental revenue for DfW. This role will predominantly focus on Abu Dhabi and requires someone with a real hunter mentality, who is confident in getting meetings booked with key decision makers and building relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, across target companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Growing a comprehensive sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi by identifying and building relationships with senior stakeholders working at companies across different zones and industries.

- Prospecting through utilising various B2B lead gen databases, plus a combination of cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.

- Creating bespoke pitch decks and commercial quotations based on specific client use-cases, and handling commercial negotiations to convert target accounts.

- Setting up meetings and calls with corporate decision makers to review their spend, while pitching new use-cases, upselling and cross-selling accounts wherever possible.

- Hitting assigned monthly KPIs including calls, meetings, activation rate, and GOV.

- Utilising Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools to track, report and present on performance, pipeline, and growth strategies.

- Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall under DfW’s scope, such as attending trade events, assisting with marketing activations, providing data reports, and chasing overdue client invoices.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Arabic is a huge plus.

- 3+ years of B2B commercial experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.

- Based in Abu Dhabi.

- Highly proficient using Salesforce and Google Sheets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative when working autonomously.

- Quick-learner, team-player, and thrives within a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor degree preferred.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
