About this role

Scope https://www.getscope.ai/ automates the data collection that’s slowing down the physical world.

We’re building the best AI-native data collection layer for the 2 billion field workers on the front line of inspection. Along the way, we’re building the world’s largest dataset on the condition of the built world and the decisions experts make about it.

It’s a $2T market. Our customers inspect facilities and products for companies including AstraZeneca and SpaceX.

We are looking for a Strategic Accounts Director who will be the first hire in this capacity and will work closely with Ahmed https://www.linkedin.com/in/ahmed-hameed-4b4bb751/ (who has built two ENT organisations to $B+ level), Deployment Strategists and the CEO.

This is strategic. We need you to own 10-15 accounts and be responsible for making them our biggest customers with multi-year production contracts at scale.

About You:

- You can demonstrate you have sold or were a major part of the team closing 7 figure and 8 figure contracts to Billion dollar companies.

- You can demonstrate experience in building deep leadership relationships across large, complex organisations to achieve win-win scenarios.

- You love the weeds and the big picture: You can zoom in to understand a granular, technical workflow for a testing lab, and zoom out to negotiate a strategic contract with an executive.

- You have strong international exposure, graduated from a Tier 1 university and have worked your formative years at a top MBB/IB or tech start up.

This is a very important role for us. We will be competitive on our offer to attract the right fit.

*******************************

What we offer:

Our benefits are designed to reflect our values. We offer comprehensive employee benefits, which includes the following:

- Highly competitive base and significant equity so you have a stake in what you are building.

- We provide full visa sponsorship that has allowed us to have unrestricted access to global talent and build an international, diverse team.

- Tools to do your job including brand new MacBook laptop + Scope merch.

- Generous above-market annual leave allowance.

- Bupa private medical (0 excess, pre-existing conditions covered) + Bupa dental.

- Employee Pension through NEST.

- Flexible Parental Leave (including Adoption Leave).

- Healthy meal prep, delivered Lunch and Dinners as well as fully stocked fridge and snacks, drinks

- Team lunches on Fridays

- Regular company, team events including off-sites

- Learning and Development: Access to online resources and courses as well as internal Lunch and Learn seminars that allow collaboration and continuous development

At Scope, we believe diverse perspectives build stronger products and teams. Even if your background doesn't perfectly align with every single bullet point here, if you have the drive and the commercial instincts to excel in this role and be a part of a transformational start up, we strongly encourage you to apply.

About this listing

Published on Ashby under the board identifier Getscope, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.

Published 12 August 2026, last checked 16 days ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
