- Design and deliver Field Service capabilities, including work order management, scheduling optimization, dispatcher workflows, and mobile workforce enablement.

- Develop custom Salesforce applications and data models with reusable components, strong performance design, and platform governance awareness.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, ITSM, telephony, data platforms) using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures (Platform Events, CDC).

- Ensure secure, scalable, and real-time data movement across systems while maintaining performance, reliability, and data consistency.

- Contribute to AI-driven and agentic automation initiatives, leveraging Einstein, Agentforce, and LLM-based workflows with proper guardrails and human-in-the-loop design.

- Partner with Embedded Admins and cross-functional teams to provide production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.

- Collaborate on technical standards, documentation, CI/CD practices, and architectural decisions, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and well-governed Salesforce delivery.

About this listing

Published on Ashby under the board identifier Buspatrol, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.

Published 28 August 2026, last checked about a month ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
