About this role

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the Company

We're partnering with an AI-native operating system for supply chains used by wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and traders. The platform integrates logistics and procurement data through connections with internal and external systems, enabling predictive analytics and automated workflows that improve fill rates, reduce inventory levels, and optimize cash-to-cash cycle time.

By leveraging predictive analytics and automation, the company helps large enterprises reduce costs, unlock additional revenue, and prevent under- or over-stocking across complex global supply chains.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager (KAM) owns the commercial relationship with the company's clients — from post-implementation through renewal and expansion. This role is the client's main point of contact and is accountable for account health, satisfaction, and growth within their portfolio as well as continued implementation of the company's AI suite of solutions.

This is a senior, client-facing role that also provides hands-on support for solution implementation on-site with clients, and requires frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end relationship for assigned accounts — through renewal and expansion

- Serve as the client's primary point of contact, building trust with key stakeholders across procurement, operations, and supply chain

- Track account health — usage, satisfaction, ROI — and proactively address risk before it becomes churn

- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell

- Represent the voice of the client internally — feed structured feedback to Product and Customer Success leadership

Profile We're Looking For

- Strong relationship management and account ownership experience — comfortable being the face of the company to enterprise clients

- Background in logistics, procurement, or supply chain — understands the client's operational world firsthand

- Comfort with AI-driven products — not a hands-on technical builder, but fluent enough to speak credibly about how the platform's AI creates value for clients

- Commercially minded: understands account health, retention, and expansion, and can spot risk and opportunity early

- Senior profile — 5+ years of experience in account management, implementation, or client-facing roles in logistics/supply chain; based in Mexico and able to travel national and international

- Spanish and English — written and verbal — at a level that supports fluent client conversations

Nice to Have

- Experience at a tech-forward or AI-native supply chain, logistics, or procurement company

- Existing network of relationships in the Mexican logistics, procurement, or supply chain space

- Familiarity working in fast-changing startup environments where processes are still being built

- Previous experience as a KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
