About this role

About Bobyard Construction is a $10 trillion industry still running on manual work. Contractors measure and count materials off drawings by hand — it takes forever, and it caps how many jobs they can bid. Bobyard uses AI to automate takeoffs and estimates, cutting takeoff time by 50–90% and letting contractors send more bids. We're Series A, backed by 8VC, Primary, and Pear, and growing uncomfortably fast.

About the role

Marketing at Bobyard has active channels and strong early traction, but it currently lacks a single owner to convert demand into a unified customer lifecycle. As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will establish the playbooks, campaign architectures, and nurture flows that turn early interest into long-term ARR. Driving end-to-end strategy, execution, and conversion targets, you will map user journeys and deploy targeted programs across email, in-app touchpoints, and educational collateral. Success requires deep analytical instincts, seamless cross-functional orchestration, and a hands-on approach to continuous performance tracking.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution spanning lead conversion, user activation, retention, win-backs, and account expansion

- Track funnel performance, run channel experiments, and turn data into optimization decisions to drive activation, adoptions, and pipeline

- Plan and collaborate on integrated campaigns across email, paid, content, events, and in-app channels

- Design onboarding and lifecycle sequences that accelerate speed-to-value, feature adoption, and expansion ARR

- Partner with GTM Engineering on lead routing, attribution accuracy, and marketing automation stack performance

- Maintain sender reputation, consent standards, and contact frequency capping alongside operations and legal

What we're looking for

- 4+ years of experience managing outbound lifecycle marketing with revenue metrics you personally owned and can talk through in detail

- Proven ability architecting and scaling lifecycle initiatives from strategy through rollout

- Hands-on fluency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) spanning nurture logic, QA, and dynamic content

- Data-driven mindset using cohort tracking, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing to measure incremental revenue impact over vanity engagement

- Experienced quarterbacking cross-functional efforts alongside Product, Engineering, Sales, and RevOps to keep execution aligned

Nice to have

- B2B SaaS experience selling into a non-technical or trades-adjacent buyer

- Experience at a founder-led or early-stage company where you had to build the playbook, not inherit one

What we offer

- $120K–$150K base + variable comp tied to quarterly pipeline targets + meaningful early-stage equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

- A real number to own, and the room to build the whole motion around it

- A small, sharp marketing team already running paid, content, social, and events — you're the one who makes them work together

About this listing

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
