ANNA is launching a brand-new feeding program in November 2026, and we're looking for compassionate, experienced SLPs to provide telehealth feeding therapy to children and families in the comfort of their own homes.

At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement), we're redefining autism care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. We specialize in working with young autistic children using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. About the Role

Each client's care begins with an in-person feeding evaluation conducted by one of ANNA's feeding program evaluators. From there, you'll step in as the telehealth feeding therapist, working directly with the child and family over a meal via video to carry out ongoing feeding therapy, coach caregivers in real time, and help build positive, functional mealtime skills.

Schedule

- 2–10 hours per week, based on caseload and availability

- 100% telehealth — work from anywhere, no commute required as long as you're MA licensed

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Telehealth Feeding Therapy: Deliver virtual feeding therapy sessions with children and their families over a meal, coaching caregivers in real time to reinforce strategies during everyday mealtimes.

- Build on Evaluation Findings: Partner with ANNA's in-person feeding evaluator to translate assessment results into an individualized feeding therapy plan.

- Caregiver Coaching: Guide and support parents/caregivers during sessions so strategies carry over between visits.

- Data Collection & Progress Monitoring: Track client progress and adjust treatment plans based on session data.

- Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate session notes and progress reports.

- Collaboration: Communicate regularly with ANNA's evaluators and clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

- Stay Current: Participate in ongoing training to build feeding therapy expertise, including training provided by ANNA.

Qualifications

- Active Massachusetts SLP license (Required) — you may reside in any state

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)

- Previous experience providing feeding therapy (Required); Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this role

- Comfortable and effective delivering therapy via telehealth and coaching caregivers in real time

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care

Compensation

This is a contractor position with an hourly rate of $55/hour.
