Strategy & Operations Manager, Suppy Growth

About the role:

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to help build and scale the network of drivers and carriers that powers our marketplace. Supply growth is moving into new territory, and many of our biggest opportunities don't have a playbook yet. This role starts by learning the core of how we grow our driver network: how we plan, recruit, onboard and activate drivers across markets. Then you'll take on net-new initiatives, where you'll define what's possible, what success looks like, and how to scale it.

You'll work closely with the Supply Growth lead. Your work will shape how Curri finds, converts and activates the right drivers, in the right places, at the right time.

What you will do:

- Learn and run the core of supply growth: planning supply builds, onboarding and activating drivers, and managing lifecycle communications across markets.

- Explore new growth levers across our driver network and turn the most promising ones into scalable programs.

- Run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics and evaluation criteria, then scale the ones that succeed across the marketplace.

- Partner with Ops, Product and Support to drive company-wide improvements to driver onboarding and activation.

- Report regularly to leadership on supply growth trends, risks and opportunities.

What you need to have:

- A bias for action and a strong sense of ownership. You'd rather pick up the phone than wait for a perfect plan, and you see problems through to the end.

- Comfort with hands-on, high-volume work like outreach, calls and follow-ups, when that's what it takes to learn what works.

- Strong data and analytical skills. You can pull and organize data on your own with SQL and Google Sheets.

- Good strategic judgment. You can take an ambiguous problem, form a hypothesis, and turn it into a clear plan with measurable outcomes.

- A track record of execution: turning strategy into pilots and experiments, then scaling the ones that work.

- An entrepreneurial, resourceful approach. You're comfortable carving out new areas with no playbook.

- Clear communication with stakeholders at every level, both in writing and in meetings.

Bonus points for:

- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms or startup operations.

- Experience recruiting, onboarding or engaging drivers, couriers or other gig workers at scale.

- Experience building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships.

- Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations (FMCSA, DOT, owner-operators).
