ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership performance marketing role at a growing B2B marketing agency in Berlin, where you manage seven- to eight-figure annual ad budgets for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning tech, energy, and telecoms. You sit within a team of experienced marketers and work closely with peers who have built and scaled accounts across multiple channels, giving you the infrastructure and support to do your best work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take full ownership of client ad accounts, making independent strategic decisions about account development and budget allocation.
- Plan and build new advertiser accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex and varied industries.
- Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or untapped growth potential.
- Optionally specialize in one or more channels as you develop your expertise within the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native or C2-level German proficiency (required).
- Hands-on experience running Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Proven track record managing budgets at the €10,000 to €100,000+ per month level.
- Experience building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.
- Comfortable working across complex B2B industries and adapting quickly to new client contexts.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for performance data and a bias toward action.
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or paid advertising roles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: €50,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany.
