About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role at a fast-growing Manufacturing SaaS company whose shop floor platform is deployed across thousands of industrial sites worldwide. You will own the full technical relationship with enterprise manufacturing customers, from initial deployment through long-term success, sitting at the intersection of software engineering, systems integration, and customer partnership. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on how factory teams operate every single shift.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deploy and configure the platform at customer manufacturing sites across France and Europe.
- Integrate the platform with existing industrial systems such as MES, ERP, and SCADA, writing integration code autonomously where needed.
- Train frontline teams including operators, supervisors, and plant managers on the platform.
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer, feeding real-world product feedback directly back to the product team.
- Identify and scope expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 or more years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with a track record of shipping production code autonomously across frontend and backend.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
- Proven ability to own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers through deployment and go-live.
- Experience training end-users of varying technical levels on software systems.
- Comfort working on-site at customer manufacturing facilities.
- Experience integrating with industrial or enterprise systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, or similar) is a strong plus.
- A background in manufacturing or industrial environments is a bonus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
This is a hybrid role based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Regular on-site presence at customer manufacturing sites across France and Europe is a core part of the job.
