About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage team building software to automate mission-critical integrations for supply chain connectivity. You will work across AI coding agents and the infrastructure that hosts and runs integrations, helping establish foundational systems and engineering practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
- Own core systems end to end, from the agent platform through the integrations runtime.
- Make foundational architectural decisions and shape engineering patterns as the team grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to five years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer, with a primarily software engineering rather than ML-focused background.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with modern full-stack product development.
- Experience shipping and owning complex products end to end, including building systems from scratch with a high degree of autonomy.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents or LLMs using current approaches.
- Experience with backend or infrastructure systems such as runtimes, orchestration, or cloud platforms, beyond product UI work.
- Familiarity with technologies such as React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Early-stage startup experience and a record of initiative, demonstrated through founding work, standout projects, or other notable engineering achievements.

About this listing
Published on Ashby under the board identifier Clera, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
