About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on content role at a seed-stage B2B SaaS startup in the sales intelligence space. You'll work directly with the founder to build a consistent, high-quality content presence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, turning the day-to-day reality of building a startup into content that grows an audience and drives business results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write posts, threads, strong opinions, product stories, and company updates for both the founder's personal accounts and the company's brand accounts on LinkedIn and X.
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos, product demos, interviews, and longer YouTube content independently.
- Work closely with the founder to develop personal brand content that captures his voice, ideas, and everyday moments.
- Document the reality of building a startup, including customer calls, events, launches, travel, wins, and setbacks.
- Repurpose single recordings or ideas into multiple pieces of content, adapting hooks and formats for each platform.
- Own the content calendar, publish on a consistent schedule, engage with replies, and use performance data to decide what to make next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 or more years creating and publishing content across social platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Demonstrated ability to write, shoot, and edit video content independently, without a production team.
- A portfolio of published content showing platform-specific understanding, with different hooks and formats for LinkedIn vs X vs YouTube.
- Content creation as a primary focus of your work, not a minor part of a broader marketing or operations role.
- Experience writing social media posts and threads for professional or founder-brand accounts.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content under five minutes.
- Experience repurposing single pieces of content into multiple formats across platforms.
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing on a consistent schedule.
- Comfort analyzing content performance metrics and using data to inform future decisions.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, or startup topics is a strong plus.
- Experience producing longer-form YouTube videos of ten or more minutes is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary up to $75,000 USD per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
