About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Growth function of a fast-moving fintech startup, where you will own the company's content strategy end to end. You will serve as the editorial voice of both the brand and its founders, playing a direct role in how the company earns attention and builds credibility with its target audience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ghostwrite and manage founders' LinkedIn presence, translating their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.
- Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence, optimizing for engagement, conversation, and conversion.
- Produce long-form content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies that establish thought leadership in the fintech and identity space.
- Define and protect brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.
- Extract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights, shaping narratives without waiting for detailed briefs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles.
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel, including a strong grasp of engagement mechanics, conversion patterns, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to write compellingly in someone else's voice, through ghostwriting for executives, managing a founder's social presence, or comparable work.
- Experience writing long-form content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Experience developing and managing brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.
- Self-directed working style with the ability to surface insights and shape them into narratives with minimal direction.
- Availability to work remotely within an EU-compatible timezone.
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a strong plus.
- A portfolio showing a distinctive personal writing voice and editorial perspective is a plus.
LOCATION
Fully remote, open to candidates based in EU countries. No visa sponsorship is available.
