Our care model is grounded in AAP and AACAP guidelines and is designed to let clinicians do what they trained to do — deliver excellent, evidence-based care — without the friction of a broken system.

Who we're building this community for

We welcome interest from clinicians across the pediatric care continuum, including:

- Pediatricians & Specialty Physicians — general pediatrics, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, child & adolescent psychiatry, and related specialties

- Behavioral Health Clinicians — psychologists, licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

- Allied & Supporting Clinical Roles — Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, nutritionists/dietitians, RN care coordinators, and other clinical professionals supporting pediatric chronic care
